Gnocchi Chicken Alfredo Bake
Some days during the week I just don't feel like cooking especially right now that I'm at the end of my pregnancy and just exhausted. Whether it be lunch or dinner this recipe is super simple and easy to just throw together and go on about your day.
In all honesty, I have the habit of just going in the kitchen seeing what we have, throwing it together, and hoping for the best. That is exactly how we got this recipe which has become a new lunchtime favorite, so much even my toddler likes it. Now I don't have a super picky toddler. He loves fruit, veggies, and most importantly bread. He's not really a big fan of sweets or meat but he does have this thing where he eats what he eats and that's it. All he used to eat for breakfast was an English muffin with cream cheese and if you gave him something different he would look at you crazy. Lunchtime he's a grilled cheese and cheese quesadilla type of guy so a majority of the time if I give him something different and its not nuggets & fries or rice and beans he doesn't want it. However, for some strange reason when I gave him this pasta he gobbled it right on up along with his garlic bread.
So I mean if my toddler likes it maybe yours will give it a chance to but kids are strange so who really knows. Next time I make it he may just throw it back at me. Anywho, let's just get into this recipe.
It’s that easy and simply delicious, perfect for when you don’t feel like slaving in the kitchen. Hope you enjoy leave your comments and questions below, would love to hear from you.
