Bunny Bark/Easter Crack

Super quick and simple Easter dessert. Simple enough you can even include the kids when making. Bunny Bark or Easter Crack as I like to call it. It is one of those desserts you can literally make for any occasion. From Valentine’s Day all the way to Christmas, just switch out the candy’s and make it suit your holiday of choice. 

It’s a great dessert to take to company holiday party’s, family gatherings and perfect sweet little pick me up. Put in minimal effort yet have everyone thinking you really went out of your way to make something from scratch. 

Here’s a Few tips to help you out so that unlike me you get it right the first time:

Tip 1: Make sure to bring sugar mixture to a boil for at least 2 minutes constantly stirring. 

Tip 2: Don’t overcook your chocolate it is will seize up and burn. Heat in intervals.

Tip 3: Let Cool completely before breaking.

Just in case you were wondering why i don’t have any photos of it completely cooled and broken up into pieces, let’s just say pregnancy brain is a really think and i forgot to go back and take photos.
