Chewy Salted Caramel Brownies

Salted Caramel Brownies |DeMarcusBsean

Brownies never tasted so good. Here is a simple easy recipe for beginner bakers or someone who just wants a quick gooey chocolaty dessert. Sure to be a true house favorite.

These are not your skinny low-carb calorie saving brownies if that’s what you are looking for I suggest you exit now. I must warn you these brownies are very rich in flavor so don’t say I didn’t tell you. Now if you are anything like me you just want to get right into it. So let’s skip the long gushy story about how these brownies came about and get straight to the point. I mean that’s the real reason you clicked on this post. (Thank you by the way).

First, though let me just give you a few tips to make sure your brownies are a true success.

  • Tip 1- I highly suggest using a metal baking pan as opposed to a glass pan, using a glass one will in most cases leave your brownies undercooked after the 30 minutes. If you must use a glass pan just be prepared to add more baking time.

  • Tip 2- After the allotted cooking time if the middle still seems too moist, remove the brownies from the oven. Place on top of the stove and let the residual heat of the oven and pan continue to cook the brownies. Do Not Overbake. ( if you have one of those fancy ovens where the stove and oven are not connected add on an extra 5 minutes, then remove from oven and let finish cooking in the pan)

  • Tip 3- Do not substitute vegetable oil for coconut oil or any other oil you can think of, you will not get the same results. NO Substitutions are recommended besides the ones suggested.

  • Tip 4- Have fun get creative throw in some nuts, m &m’s, extra chocolate anything to make it your own.
