Peach Cobbler

Nothing’s better than a nice bowl of peach cobbler on a summer day. It’s the perfect dessert for all all of your spring/summer party’s, bbq’s and just to enjoy in the comfort of your own home with a movie. I grew up eating my papa’s homemade peach cobbler and boy is it good but it’s just not that easy to make.

While i love my papa’s cobbler i needed something a little easier to make for when i’m in the mood for a sweet treat but don’t feel like putting in all of the effort to make a good quality homemade cobbler. That is how this recipe came about basically i was just being lazy but it worked out in the long run. My sister Erin who absolutely love’s peach cobbler, i think it may be her favorite dessert gave it the stamp of approval.

It’s so delicious yet easy you can take it to school bake sale’s, office party’s, dinner party’s, you name it and be the talk of the night for this crowd pleaser. Leave feeling like a professional baker when little do they know it took you minimal effort to whip up this masterpiece.

While i absolutely love this recipe for when i’m in hurry or feeling lazy, nothing beats a fresh homemade peach cobbler.
